Vince Lightning and the Spectaculars (1996 - 1997)

Michael played shows at the Viper Room and other clubs in Los Angeles with this band, which included Slim Jim Phantom (Stray Cats), Stevie Salas (Rod Stewart), Jamie James (Kingbees) and Tom Slick.

There were also plans for a TV show, Struck By Lightning, based on Michael's Vince Lightning character - about a rock star who suddenly must take responsibility for his seven children that he's never met.
